Membership Info

Want to be a Voice Guild voice talent?

We are open for applications twice a year:

• 1st - 15th of March
• 1st - 15th of September

Our application requires the particulars of 5 paid jobs you have done, including the following details:

Project Name

Category

Client / Brand Name

Link of Final VO Audio

Studio Recorded Where did you do the recording? E.g. home studio, local studio

References Any VGM members, audio engineers, studio, or production houses you worked with on this project

Note that being a member of VGM means you agree to adhere to the rates stipulated in the VGM Rate Card and to NOT quote or bill clients BELOW the stipulated rates.

Please ensure that you are ready to do so in your voice talent journey as there will an adjustment period especially if you have been quoting below the VGM rate.

Being a member also requires mandatory participation in important meetings such as the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Upon successful application, there will be a compulsory onboarding session conducted by the Executive Committee.

Voice Guild Membership - RM240 a year + RM100 registration fee (one time charge)

Membership is due on 31 March of each year.

Membership fees must be remitted within 30 days of the due date, otherwise your membership will be deactivated and RM100 will be charged to reinstate the account. Accounts will be deleted after 1 year of unpaid fees.

Membership fees will continue UNLESS the Member has explicitly informed the guild (via info@voiceguild.org) that they are leaving.

If VGM has not been informed, full membership fees of RM240 a year will still be charged, and any fees outstanding will need to be settled before reinstatement of account.
